How do you get fame, also besides hero's accent does any of the other arenas give you anything special for fighting in them, Example any special weapons or anything.

HA = fame + emotes for r3+
TA/RA = Gladiator points, no emote for that
GvG = Champion points for qualified matches, no emote for that
